Refund & Return Policy:

༯ All sales are final, and returns and refunds are not accepted due to sanitary reasons and the custom, handmade nature of our items - though exceptions may be made for damaged or defective products.

༯ Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

༯ Review the item descriptions in full and check measurements of your selected items before purchasing to ensure the items are suitable for your purchase. Returns and refunds for items that are in perfect condition will not be accepted. 

༯ To ensure that your purchase is perfect, feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding sizing or measurements.

༯ Shopmayberry is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after sending as once the item is in the hands of the carrier, they have full control over the package.
