Shipping policy

༯ You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your order has shipped.

༯ Dispatch times will vary based on items, allow for up to 2 weeks for all "made-to-order" items - these are highlighted in the description of the item.

༯ Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address(es), shopmayberry as the seller does not accept any responsibility for items delivered to incorrect addresses due to incorrect customer input.

༯ If an order is returned back to us due to insufficient address, we will charge a £4.00 reshipment fee (UK only) to post it to the correct address. We will not cancel or refund orders that were ordered to the incorrect shipping address at the customer's fault.

༯ Shopmayberry is not responsible for import duties/taxes that may be charged. All items are made in and shipped from the UK, so please check local rates before purchasing.
